Welcome to the Ecosystem Update for November 2025, a regular overview of the Request Network Foundation’s progress, featuring the latest developments in crypto payments, invoicing, and blockchain payment detection through our plug-and-play API.

TECH UPDATES
Expanding network support and improving payment tracking
To support more networks over time, the team is exploring better ways to store, search, and use payment data.
One relevant industry development we researched was the recent work by The Graph aimed at improving data access and support for ecosystems where standard tracking coverage is limited.
We will update how payment requests move through the system after we choose and set up the new tracking tools.

EasyInvoice continues to serve as a user-facing reference for teams that want to see what a Request Network integration looks like in a real app.

Documentation and demos, clearer paths from concept to integration
In November, the team continued to shape the documentation into a practical starting point for builders, with an improved structure and more precise explanations of the common business problems that Request Network solves.
Key improvements include:
Updated use case pages in the Documentation for Payment Detection, Invoicing, and Checkout, covering when to use each, common scenarios, and a “how it works” interactive visual.
A dedicated demo page that walks you through the full flow, from creating a payment request to getting automatic confirmation and matching it in your records.
For readers who are not deeply technical, once released, these pages will emphasize outcomes such as attribution, matching, and automation, while still guiding developers toward next steps, including API keys, webhooks, and integration options.

We are currently developing several product updates and anticipate sharing further details once they have been thoroughly tested and prepared for deployment.

Best Pull Request initiative
The Request Network community continued to improve the ecosystem through code contributions. In November, Request Network highlighted Envoy as the Best Pull Request Initiative winner for Q3 2025, including a $500 reward in REQ tokens.
Devconnect, Finance and Ops Café brunch
Our Devconnect side event, co-hosted with Gnosis, successfully brought together a curated group of Web3 builders and founders in Buenos Aires.
We fostered an environment for high-quality, technical networking, strengthening our brand's presence in the developer community, facilitating deep discussions on financial infrastructure in a focused, distraction-free setting.
